Tardy Policy
John Hopkins Middle School is implementing a new tardy policy. This policy is being put in place so that we can make sure that your child is receiving all the instructional time that is necessary in order for them to be successfull. Advance Education Accreditation Update
John Hopkins Middle School successfully completed all requirements for re-accreditation through Advance Education (formerly SACS). We were rated operational 6 out of the 7 standards and highly functional on standard 5-Resources and Support Systems. The seven standards are listed as follows: Standard 1: Vision and Purpose, Standard 2: Governance and Leadership, Standard 3: Teaching and Learning, Standard 4: Documenting and Using Results, Standard 5: Resources & Support Systems, Standard 6: Stakeholder Communication & Relationships, and Standard 7: Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
This is a huge accomplishment for all of the JHMS Stakeholders and we should be extremely proud. JHMS is truly a great place to be and we will continue to work hard to reach our Vision of Every Student, Every Day, Academic and Social Success.
